As my personal idea goes, the United States, an immigration country, is full of different ideas and colorful opinions. I think that’s why people call it melting pot or the salad bowl. In this survey, even in a totally same question, different person sometimes has diversity answers. But to my happiness, they are always put their homeland in the first place, they are following the country’s step, worrying the country’s future, and loving the beautiful place.

From their own angle, they drive everywhere instead of walking to, eat too much fast food rather than fresh vegetables, and choose to stay at home but don’t want to work outside. Though they like kidding, their lives are filled with esthusiastics, even they like traveling, they are increasing fatter and fatter.

To my surprise, three out of four in my poll samples thought themselves are selfish, cold sometimes, boring and interested in nothing,  But they still pay their attention on the economy of the country, though they want to know why the country are eager to be involved into other countries’ business.

Finally, they are all proud of the freedom place, which they can enjoy their lives easily.

My poll samples include one VCU student, a supermarket worker, a mid-age man I found in the parking lot, and an old man I met in the street by accident. The processes of the interview are easier than I thought before. All the people are friendly to do me a favor. Except answering the questions in the form, they all talked about some of their opinions to the multicultural country. They welcome the foreigners like me come here to color their life, at the same time, they cherish their own traditional way to live happier than before. Next time, I want to interview more people, I like their stories, just like I fall in love with the gorgeous land..
